We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in clinical environments. This position requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and staff regularly.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
* Vacuum, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean environment.
* Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning concerns or special requests.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to drive is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations.
* Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Flexibility in working hours may be required based on business needs.
