AXA Partners is looking for a motivated and dedicated Commercial Systems Executive to support our UK&I team. What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and validate data setup, in partnership with Account Managers, local and global IT teams
* Support partner onboarding, offboarding activities, and ongoing maintenance of commercial system assets within the eCare/Guidewire ecosystems, like Master Data Manager (MDM) and Computable Contracts
* Ensure policy coverage assessments are accurate and respond to business feedback
* Create analysis templates and assist with the creation of data loaders to streamline processes
* Provide testing support during system and partner updates or change projects
* Investigate operational issues through root cause analysis to improve performance and drive better customer outcomes
* Liaise with Product Managers, Account Managers, eCare Solution teams to understand and resolve commercial systems related requirements and issues
What You'll Bring
* Ideally, with 1-2 years of experience in financial services or insurance
* Knowledge of how insurance contracts and policies are constructed and managed
* Familiar with scheme terms, conditions, and the digitization of processes
* Comfortable working with new technologies and systems
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills
* Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
* A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
* Confident in challenging assumptions with evidence-based reasoning
