The Banbury Cluster of GLF Schools (Longford Park, William Morris, Hardwick and Cherry Fields) is looking to appoint a reliable and efficient Premises Manager to help maintain and oversee its school sites. Your Opportunity

GLF are looking to appoint a Cluster Premises Manager to lead effectively on all aspects of premises management over a cluster of primary schools in Banbury, consisting of 4 primary schools.
Reporting directly to the Regional Estates Partner, you will manage the premises team across these schools, oversee contractors for all works and be responsible for improving and maintaining our school sites in a cost-effective way.

Longford Park, William Morris, Hardwick and Cherry Fields make up a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across this cluster and to share expertise and experience. It also provides opportunities for career progression across the cluster and gives you the chance to further your professional development.

Experience of working in a school environment or in a similar role
Ability to promote and maximise the use of buildings and facilities, while following and promoting energy conservation measures within the school
Ability to lead and manage a small team and promote the school policies and procedures relating to all areas of employment and service delivery
