Role Description
This is a full-time in-site role for a Marketing Assistant at CACI International. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for communication strategies, market research, customer service, sales, and sales & marketing activities to support the company's growth and market presence.
Responsibilities
* Collaborating with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy.
* Generating ideas and highlighting opportunities for new marketing campaigns and presenting these to the Manager.
* Planning and executing marketing activities across a variety of channels.
* Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
* Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
* Managing and optimising Amazon e-commerce listings including SEO, keyword research, and content updates.
* Monitoring and reporting on Amazon sales performance and advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC).
* Working closely with sales and marketing departments.
* Sourcing and ordering sales and marketing materials: brochures, leaflets, point-of-sale materials, promotional.
* Managing the brand image library and requests, organising new product photography when needed, and assisting on photo shoots.
* Creating marketing materials such as presentations and e-shots.
* Maintaining a marketing database.
* Creating and updating content on our company websites.
* Assisting with SEO and PPC strategies to drive website traffic and sales.
* Providing administrative support to the marketing team.
* Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.
* Understanding company products and brands.
* Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials for trade shows.
* Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
* Collating market research.
* Creating and editing video and graphic content for various platforms.
* Creating content for social media accounts.
* Monitoring social media and website analytics and producing reports.
Qualifications
* Market Research and Sales abilities
* Experience in Marketing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Knowledge of the beauty or aesthetic industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
