As Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our business systems on the Sizewell C project.
Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will lead our quality assurance efforts ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting engineering teams with robust processes and systems.
Your expertise will be pivotal to delivering excellence and upholding the highest standards across the project.
Lead and maintain the audits and inspections schedule.
Support document control and ensure accurate project documentation.
Develop and report key performance metrics aligned with business system targets.
Own and manage the Non-Conformance Register (NCR) and coordinate Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
Deliver training and support to engineers on quality systems and documentation.
Coordinate handover documentation and maintain the Project Lot Register.
Qualification in quality management or equivalent experience
Engineering background with AutoCAD proficiency
Strong understanding of external quality regimes and NEC contracts
Experience with accredited quality systems in earthworks or specialist contracting
Advanced skills in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps)
