You will drive the development of our urban drainage modelling approaches, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the discipline.

* Lead and manage teams delivering a range of urban drainage and wastewater modelling projects.
* Support the team lead with project delivery, resource planning and review of technical outputs.
* Develop modelling capability using InfoWorks ICM and guide junior colleagues in best practice.
* Provide technical input on drainage assessments and influence efficient delivery approaches.
* Apply independent engineering judgement to solve complex problems and develop practical solutions.
* Lead and support proposal development to help grow workstreams and client accounts.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development across the wider water team.
* Represent WSP at industry forums and relevant conferences.

What We Would Like You To Demonstrate…
