With your experience of excellent customer service in a retail environment you will provide a friendly and effective sales experience to customers in order to maximise sales and gift aid revenues. In addition, as an excellent communicator you will be an integral part of our Corps and support the delivery of missional objectives of the shop to the community. Key Responsibilities; include all aspects of running a successful charity shop - ensuring the highest standards of customer care, managing the daily operation of the shop including stock management and shop appearance, managing the security and accounting of cash, health and safety issues, administrative tasks, and the recruitment, training and supervision of volunteers.
