The Amesbury Community Team is looking for an inspirational Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality care to patients within the community setting. Wiltshire Health and Care offers community-specific training and a supportive environment for skill development. You will be responsible for providing highly skilled therapy care to residents in our area, promoting health, reducing the effects of ill health and disability, and maximizing individuals' independence. Collaboration with General Practices, Social Services, and other statutory and non-statutory services is essential, so excellent communication skills are required. You will bring clinical expertise and champion integrated community care, working as a strong team player and adaptable communicator.
Main duties of the job
1. Lead, support, and work within a multi-professional team.
2. Undertake specialist and complex assessments and care planning.
3. Supervise and train junior staff and students.

Qualifications and experience required:
* MCSP Dip PT / BSc / BSc(Hons) PT / MSc Physiotherapist
* Registration with HCPC
* Postgraduate qualification
* Teaching and assessing experience in clinical practice
* Valid driving license and competent driving skills
* Continuing professional development evidence
* Knowledge of relevant legislation
* Community and case management experience
* Experience working with adults and multidisciplinary teams
* Leadership and teaching experience
* Knowledge of recruitment, standards, and diverse patient care groups
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Physiotherapy skills, IT literacy, manual handling skills, and ability to handle complex issues sensitively
