A well respected Yorkshire firm is looking for a qualified solicitor/legal executive with litigation and advocacy rights to join them in any of their offices to become the new Head of Litigation.
It’s a small team at present, so the role requires more fee earning than anything else, with a small part of it to be day‑to‑day management of the team.
Within this firm, the litigation fee earners manage all aspects of dispute resolution including commercial, contentious probate, and residential and can work from home up to 2 days a week.
