What you'll be doing:
* Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability
* Writing and posting engaging job adverts
* Sourcing candidates via job boards, CV databases, and social media
* Supporting the recruitment process from application to job offer

* Strong IT and organisation skills
* A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Money-motivated, driven, and ambitious
* Sales experience and/or a degree is a bonus, but not essential for the right person
