Working within the HR & Learning department, the post holder will provide professional HR advice, guidance and support across the organisation, ensuring the effective application of policies, procedures and employment law for people related matters.
The role serves as a key advisor to line managers and employees in supporting effective recruitment, employee relations, operational HR Processes, employee engagement and performance, delivering HR advice and solutions that affect line managers and employees across the organization. Post holder shall work independently within the confines of agreed and established HR Policies and procedures to provide effective advice to line managers and employees in line with legislation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to a progressive business where people are at the heart of what they do. Post holder should be CIPD Level 5 certified and ideally hold a degree. Additionally, the post holder should have excellent communication and team working skills with demonstrable HR Advisory / generalist experience, particularly in employee lifecycle and employee relations. Should have working knowledge of employment law, HR operational policies and practices. This post does not have any formal line management responsibilities.
