Teacher of Business Studies (and Economics) – Bristol
Full-Time | Permanent Position
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Teacher of Business Studies (and Economics) to join a well-established secondary school in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about helping students develop a strong understanding of business, economics, and the wider world of enterprise.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, supporting students to build the knowledge, analytical skills, and confidence needed to succeed both academically and beyond the classroom.
Working alongside a dedicated and supportive department, you will help create a focused, energised, and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Business Studies and Economics across Key Stages 4 and 5
• Deliver engaging lessons that inspire interest in business, enterprise, and economic concepts
• Support students in developing analytical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world understanding
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to the development of departmental resources and curriculum planning
