Care Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time, office based.
Salary: Up to £28,000.
UK Driving License (Mandatory).
Responsibilities
* Accept care packages and assign care workers to service users appropriately.
* Produce care workers’ rotas.
* Ensure that service user care plans and care worker files are complete.
* Use electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers’ attendance and visit timeliness.
* Arrange care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field supervisor.
* Conduct telephone monitoring and service user visits, ensuring service quality.
* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
* Support the HR team in recruiting care workers.
* Manage care workers and conduct care worker supervision.
* Represent the company during meetings with officials and service commissioners.
* Attend training events and ensure that skills and knowledge of industry best practice are kept up-to-date.
* Ensure that our service complies with CQC requirements.
* Maintain the highest standards of care at all times.

Essential Skills and Experience
* At least one year’s experience as the Care Coordinator of a domiciliary care company/agency.
* Obtained Level 3 Diploma for Health and Social Care (QCF).
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Familiarity with Carer Planer or other relevant software.
* Previous experience as a care worker.
