Quality Assurance Officer - High Wycombe (Hybrid) Ethypharm is a European pharmaceutical whose mission is to improve patients' lives by providing essential drugs focusing on hospital care, central nervous system (severe pain, addiction) and internal medicine. We are looking for a highly motivated team player to play a vital role supporting the Head of Quality Systems UK Head Office with aspects of the Quality Management System and to ensure continued compliance with the relevant guidelines and requirements. Main responsibilities : To ensure the Quality Management system is in place and in use for the GxP teams based at Head Office To be the process owner for allocated parts of the QMS and ensure alignment to the current GxP guidelines To manage assigned CMO or distribution partners from a Quality perspective (technical agreement review, product quality & vendor complaints, CAPA, change control, deviations, temperature excursions, artwork implementation, creation of risk assessments, approval of documentation and other GxP activities as required) To attend and positively contribute to the supply meetings with the assigned CMO or distribution partner To collate data for the KPIs for review to demonstrate their continued suitability To contribute to the collation of the slide deck for Quality Review Group (QRG) To create, update, or review SOPs for the teams as required To participate positively in reviews to improve effectiveness and efficiency (continuous improvement) About you You are detail-oriented, methodical, and thrive on ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy collaborating with partners and colleagues. With strong problem-solving skills and a diplomatic approach, you can confidently balance business needs. Skills/Experience Previous experience in a pharmaceutical quality function for a minimum of 3 years including leading on the QMS Life science degree or demonstrable experience Experience of working in a global matrix organisation and collaborating at all levels Experience of working in GxP environment and a demonstrable understanding of the principles Excellent written English with experience of SOP creation At Ethypharm we recognise the value of diversity in the workplace and provide equal opportunities for all.
