Overview
Integrated Service Supervisor - Hotel Services B3 role at NHS Scotland. Based at Kirkintilloch Health Centre. The post involves supervising staff across cleaning of patient areas, clinical and non-clinical departments, offices and administration areas to meet NHS national cleanliness standards, mop laundering, and porter/messenger services within the health care environment.
Responsibilities
* Supervise staff and allocate resources for cleaning and related services.
* Audit services and input payroll information where required.
* Plan and carry out staff training and liaise with service users and department leads.
* Perform cleaning tasks as part of a working supervisor role.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Right to work in the UK for the duration of employment.
* Ability to provide at least two references from current or most previous employment covering the last 3 years.
* Good communication skills for contact with patients and service users.
