Aftercare Administrator | Super-Prime Residential
We’re working with a high-end residential contractor looking to appoint a proactive and highly organised Aftercare Administrator to support the delivery of exceptional post-completion service across a portfolio of super-prime projects.
This role sits at the centre of the client experience. Managing everything from defect resolution to small works, ensuring projects continue to reflect the quality delivered at handover.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of aftercare enquiries, coordinating subcontractors, managing small works packages, and overseeing jobs from initial request through to completion. Working closely with project teams, you’ll ensure issues are resolved efficiently, communication is seamless, and standards remain consistently high.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all post-handover enquiries, defects, and maintenance requests
* Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to deliver works on time
* Oversee small works packages from quotation through to completion
* Track jobs, costs, and progress using job management systems
* Produce quotes, raise purchase orders, and support invoicing
* Maintain accurate records of works, costs, and client communications
* Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the process
* Ensure all works meet Health & Safety requirements (RAMS, compliance, reporting)
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in construction administration, aftercare, or project coordination
* Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
* Good understanding of construction materials, finishes, and remedial works
* Commercial awareness (quotes, PO’s, invoicing, cost tracking)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
* Experience with Tradify or similar systems
* H&S knowledge (SSSTS / SMSTS beneficial)
