40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
Responsibilities
* Oversee all operational aspects of the Kitchen and staff in the absence of the Head Chef.
* Ensure all kitchen staff prepare and present quality food, maintaining company standards.
* Maintain correct food and hygiene standards among kitchen staff.
* Lead by example, ensuring the kitchen is always presentable.
* Participate in recruitment processes, including interviews and trials for potential staff.
* Communicate regularly with the Head Chef regarding stock levels.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
