About the job We are looking for a full-time video producer to enhance SWR's content on social media, PR and general business activity. You will be responsible for filming raw footage on various locations around the SWR network, at events and onsite. Besides filming, you'll be required to edit and produce compelling, dynamic graphics and animations using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. You'll be responsible for maintaining your equipment, set up cameras, lighting, backdrops and any other props required for a shoot. Ability to prioritise and manage workloads in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment is essential to this role. Your main responsibilities will be: Facilitate video and animation projects from beginning to end, both on-site and off-site Provide new ideas and stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices Create video templates and edit content in line with the brand guidelines to an exceptional standard using Adobe Creative Cloud Advise non marketing colleagues on the best practice and steer them towards the right outcomes for the business Produce compelling, dynamic graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Create repeatable / streamlined processes for on-going project needs Co-ordinate project resources including external suppliers, actors, in-house equipment and additional resources Complete all relevant documentation updates with regards to video production, copyright and release forms. Encode video production content and prepare for final distribution platform Record shots or video feeds as and when required Regular maintenance of equipment checks Work in partnership with internal clients to evolve and finalise creative, amending final designs and confirming final approval You'll need: At least 2 years of relevant experience in video production/editing Applicants who require a visa must have 6 months remaining at the time of their appointment About the location South Western Railways HQ is based on the 4th Floor at South Bank Central, a stone's throw from the River Thames and a 10 minute walk from our busiest station, Waterloo. It is local to many well-known attractions, restaurants and retail facilities and is easily accessible by public transport. Working pattern You will be working an average of 37 hours per week across 5 days. Typically you will work office hours, Monday to Friday, however on occasion you may be required to work out of hours, weekends and overnight.
