Responsibilities
Draft lease documentation for both landlords and tenants and manage lease-related matters including extensions and rent reviews. Support high-value real estate transactions and collaborate closely with real estate practice colleagues.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience
* Strong grounding in all aspects of commercial property purchase and sale transactions
* Confident drafting lease documentation for both landlords and tenants
* Ability to manage deadlines effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Willingness to get involved in business development and networking activities
