Overview
* TCS Digital Field Service Management (DFSM) Practice requires an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to help discover and design the Field Service Management solution on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) platform for a multinational corporation specializing in food services and facilities management.
* The desired individual will possess strong communication and influence skills with both technical team members and business stakeholders, and should have the skills and experience to assess customer requirements and functional architecture. Field service and related industry experience, as well as Field Service Lightning (or other FSM platform) implementation experience is preferred.
* The Business Analyst should work closely with Business users to identify the requirements, create user stories, identify dependencies and document them. He/she should also help the Customer Product Owner & the team to maintain the Product Backlog, prioritise and groom user stories, and design the functional solution.
