Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
We’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Executive to help us make every click count. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our digital marketing strategy, driving improvements that boost conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs. Working closely with our Paid Media Manager and wider marketing team, you’ll use data-driven insights to shape campaigns that deliver real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Analysing website and landing page performance to uncover opportunities for improvement.
2. Designing and running A/B tests to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
3. Monitoring CRO initiatives and sharing actionable insights with the team.
4. Collaborating on strategies to reduce CAC and optimise budget allocation.
5. Using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to interpret data and report on performance.
6. Staying ahead of industry trends to keep our approach fresh and effective.
7. Working with designers, developers, and content creators to implement optimisation changes.
About You
8. Hands on experience in CRO or a similar role, with a proven track record of improving conversion rates
9. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with leading CRO tools
10. A proactive, results-focused mindset and the ability to adapt quickly
11. Excellent communication skills to present data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
12. A creative approach to testing and optimisation.
13. Experience with Sitecore or similar platforms
14. A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field would be desirable
