Job Description:
We require a motivated and skilled individual to provide quality clerical support to a busy department within the Women and Children’s Directorate. The post holder will undertake professional and confidential clerical duties, including reception, filing, photocopying, data entry, and liaising with other departments via telephone and face-to-face. Good working knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office, along with general administrative skills, is essential.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize workload, and work well as part of a team. Flexibility with working hours is required.
Training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.

Hours of work are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 16:00 to 19:30, and Saturday morning from 08:00 to 12:00.
