What we look for in a Sous Chef:
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for their next step, who considers themselves a natural leader with a passion and flair for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. As a successful Sous Chef, you will:
* Champion excellent service through quality food
* Demonstrate leadership and team development skills
* Be an active, hands-on chef with excellent communication skills
* Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety compliance effectively
* Work alongside your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and specials
* Maintain effective controls regarding GP and labour through great planning and organizational skills
* Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
