Project Manager (Construction)Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee an MEP package on a large commercial project. Your background will be strong in project management in construction, with a preferred knowledge of M&E (MEP) works on a large scale.
Key Duties
MEP scope of works for the entire project comprising of:
* Management of a 9/10 person team
* New build student accommodation
* Incoming services coordination
* Substation construction
* Liaison with the client
* Communication with wider new build management teams
* Oversee Packages that range from Mechanical, Ventilation, Public health, Electrical, Sprinklers, access control, PV panels, LV connection, Substations, T&C
o Packages cumulative value is about £45m.
Requirements
* Proven M&E experience ideal but not essential
* Track record of delivering projects safely, on time and in budget
* SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS etc
* knowledgeable and driven with a commitment long term
