BOOKKEEPER & ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
MBJ Motor Factors is a well established small friendly business, we are looking for a Full-Time Client Bookkeeper & Payroller, with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our inclusive team based in Cowes.
Key duties include:
* Bookkeeping
* Sales and Purchase Ledger
* Bank and Credit card reconciliation
* Submitting VAT returns
* Credit Control
* Managing supplier payments
* Posting Journals
* Reconciling control accounts
* Preparing management accounts
* Preparing year end file for our accountants
* Answering the telephone to our valued customers
* Payroll: Sick Pay,Maternity Pay, Setting up new payroll schemes
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum of 3 years' experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
* Well organised and able to work off their own initiative
* Excellent time keeping
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
