As SENCO, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our provision for students with SEN or a disability. You will work under the direction of the headteacher to lead the strategic development of our SEN policy, oversee the day-to-day operation of SEN provision, and provide professional guidance to staff, parents, and external agencies.
