This includes overseeing staff, coordinating service across departments, and ensuring that all members receive outstanding experiences, putting in place SOP.Operational Management * * Supervise the daily operations * Putting in place standard operating procedures and service processes * Ensure smooth coordination between departments (front-of-house, kitchen, cleaners, etc.) * Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are prepared and presentable. * Maintain and enforce policies, standards, and health & safety regulations.Staff Supervision * * Lead, motivate, and manage staff to deliver outstanding member service. * Assign duties and shifts, always ensuring appropriate staff coverage. * Provide on-the-job training and support to ensure staff are performing to high standards. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.Member Relations * * Foster positive relationships with club members, addressing any concerns or special requests. * Ensure that all members and guests are greeted warmly and attended to promptly. * Respond to member complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. * Coordinate with the founder and membership team on member feedback and suggestions for service improvements.Event Management * * Assist in the planning and execution of private events, dinners, and functions. * Work closely with the Membership & Events coordinators to ensure all member events run smoothly. * Supervise set-up and break-down of events, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelinesThe ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
