We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This full-time role requires working 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 2 qualification. Please note, this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates throughout the year.

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Ensure that each child’s individual needs are met, delivering a high standard of professional care and education in a safe and secure environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan a stimulating range of early years activities that support each child’s unique learning and development.
* Engage as a professional team member, exhibiting a flexible attitude and a willingness to develop new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report all health and safety matters to management.
* Enhance the overall daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification - essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
* Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years - desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
