We're on the lookout for a dedicated Final Year Teacher or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) to kick-start their career with us on a temporary basis, with the exciting prospect of a permanent position.

Position Overview:
As a Secondary School Teacher specialising in SEN, you'll have the chance to truly transform the educational experience for students with special needs.
Collaborating closely with our SEN team, you'll deliver top-notch education and support, with the potential to secure a permanent role come September.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and deliver captivating lessons tailored to the unique needs and abilities of SEN students. Personalise instruction to cater to various learning styles, capabilities, and communication requirements.
Utilise continuous assessment to track student advancement and adjust teaching methodologies accordingly. Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere where every student feels esteemed and empowered to thrive.
Qualifications and Skills:
In final year of teacher training or possess Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status, or an equivalent teaching certification. Prior experience working with secondary school SEN students is highly advantageous.
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at forging positive connections with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
Exhibit flexibility, patience, and resilience in adapting to the evolving needs of SEN students. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional growth and a willingness to engage in relevant training opportunities.
Subject to an Enhanced DBS check. Pay to scale.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
