Key Responsibilities – CNC Turner
1. Set up, operate, and manage multiple CNC machines and processes to produce high-precision components.
2. Perform first-off inspections and ongoing quality checks to ensure parts meet stringent aerospace standards.
3. Complete and maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports and production records.
4. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure components are machined to exact tolerances.
5. Select and optimize appropriate tooling and machining parameters to enhance efficiency and quality.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, adjusting programs or setups as needed to maintain production flow.
7. Collaborate with the Parts Generation Team to support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
