Marston Holdings Limited has an excellent opportunity for a Team Leader to join their team on a full‑time, permanent basis.
A full UK driving licence and experience of driving manual vehicles is required for this role.
What you’ll do
* Ensure that colleagues inspect taxis and private hire vehicles to meet TfL licensing criteria
* Undertake quality checks at the centre and associated administrative duties
* Act as an escalation point with customers, where appropriate
* Ensure that data is managed correctly and securely on site
* Ensure health & safety checks occur regularly on site in line with company procedures
* Liaise with colleagues and TfL over policy, procedures, and changes
* Manage staff, coach, lead and assess
What we’re looking for
* Close attention to detail and ability to verify documentation and vehicles against licensing rules
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to coach, mentor and train other staff
* Strong report‑writing abilities
* Ability to multitask and adapt to other tasks as needed
* Full clean UK driving licence
