Role and Location
Roles: Support Workers & Senior Support Workers
Location: Coleraine
Salary: Support Workers up to £25,027 per annum / Senior Support Workers up to £27,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Closing Date: 24th October 2025 11am

Senior Support Worker Responsibilities
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, providing essential support and making a real impact.
* Coaching, Mentoring and Supervision of Staff
* Administration and Monitoring
* Providing Person Centred Support
* Supporting Independence, Social and Communication Skills
* Supporting people to be safe and healthy
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from people who share our passion! To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Support Worker Essential Criteria
* Personal or work experience of providing care or support for someone.
* Full, valid driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes in order to transport people we support. Class 2 business insurance is required. Or full, valid driving licence or ability to travel independently to meet the requirements of the post.
*This criterion is met if you can demonstrate experience such as caring or supporting a child, family member or friend, volunteering or completing a work placement where you provided care or support.
Senior Support Worker Essential Criteria
* At least 6 months paid experience supporting people in a health and social care or community setting
To apply for this role, we would also LIKE YOU to have:
* Previous experience using a person-centred support plan to support someone with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autism within a health and social care or community setting
* QCF / NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Consideration will be given to candidates who do not possess this qualification but are willing to undertake the QCF qualification within an agreed timescale. It is the applicant’s responsibility to demonstrate how their qualification is equivalent
