We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring an excellent standard of service at all times. The ideal Candidate will possess strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to lettings.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the office.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Contractors and Contract Holders to encourage repeat business.
Dealing with all day to day Lettings related matters from enquiries to check outs.
Qualifications
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse clients.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team or independently
