Persimmon Homes, one of the UK’s largest housebuilders, invites you to apply for the Company Solicitor role. This position reports to the Group Solicitor and works within the Land/HA sector of the Legal Team across the Group’s divisional offices.

What You’ll Do
* Develop relationships between regional offices and travel between them as required.
* Primarily handle property‑focused work, specialising in affordable housing and investor sales while also advising on general land matters, disposal matters, planning and infrastructure work.
What Experience Do I Need?
* Must be a solicitor or a fully qualified legal executive.
* Experience with affordable housing sales, Section 106 agreements, infrastructure agreements, property due diligence, and title reporting is beneficial.
* Previous work for a house builder (in‑house or private practice) is an advantage.
* Computer literate with strong social and communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
