The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Support Representative on behalf of one of our global medical manufacturing clients based in Winsford.
This role is to support the existing Customer Support team during a period of change and offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to apply for a permanent position later.
Daily Duties Will Include
* Taking customer orders and completing order entry
* Handling customer queries regarding order status, deliveries, and general enquiries
* Supporting the Commercial team with sales‑related information
* Liaising with internal Manufacturing and Planning teams
* Working as part of a Customer Support team within an office environment
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have previous customer service, office or administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
* Have good PC skills
* Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Be comfortable working in an office-based team environment
* Be willing to learn, as full training will be provided
Working Hours
* 40 hours per week
* Flexitime working available
* Core hours are 10:00am - 3:00pm, with flexible start and finish times outside of these hours
Pay
* £14.25 per hour
