You will lead a small team of software developers for the Lifing of gas turbines, using software to create and continuously assess.

This position begins as a 6 month contract (Inside IR35), with the goal of being a long-term opportunity. This position is an onsite role in Bracknell.
Responsibilities
* Lead a small team of software developers for the Lifing of gas turbines using software to create and continuously assess.
* Develop and maintain methods and tools for complex, high‑value turbomachinery components and supporting systems.
Qualifications
* Coding experience with C#, Python, or C++ to process large datasets and automate complex engineering tasks to improve accuracy, efficiency, and quality of models.
* Component lifing experience - Service Life, Using analysis, Accounting for degradation, safety and reliability
* Prior Experience of leading a small team.
* Educational background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Aerospace / Physics / Automation, etc.
