Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
This senior position is a key role in our Finance Team but also the wider business. We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to help play a key part of educating our leadership team and their direct reports about what is going on in the business and the impacts of decisions we might make.

As Financial Planning & Analysis Manager / FP&A Manager at our Alderley Edge office, you will:
* Working closely with the C-suite and their direct reports on a day-to-day basis, using financial information to inform them on business performance and aid their decision making
* Producing new analysis on our performance across a range of variables
* This analysis will be a mix of analysis that has been requested and your own ideas of what would be useful to understand and address the challenges and opportunities you observe in the business
* Partner with the CFO to lead budgeting and forecasting across the company
* Take ownership of commission and work with the CRO to standardise commission schemes across the group in ways that drives improved financial performance.
* Produce analysis that can be shared with different audiences, such as employees, the board and external investors
The ideal Financial Planning & Analysis Manager / Head of Financial Planning and Analysis will have the following skills and experience:
* Accountant Qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3 years' experience in a Commercial Finance or FP&A role
* Skilled communicator of financial numbers to a non-finance audience
* Results orientated with a focus on providing meaningful information to Senior Management
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams within the organisation
* Strong Excel skills

The role is a mix of home working and office-based days, candidates should therefore have a reasonable commute to our Alderley Edge office. Working hours 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
