Treatment Coordinator

At The Dentalist, we’re looking for a results-driven Treatment Coordinator who can confidently convert consultations into booked treatments and do it consistently.

Your Core Mission
Your primary focus is simple:
Convert consultations into committed patients.
You will:
* Take over from clinicians and guide patients to confident decisions
* Consistently hit and exceed conversion rate targets
* Handle objections with confidence and clarity
* See through hesitation and “smokescreens” to understand real concerns
* Deliver outstanding follow-up that turns maybes into yeses.
* Keep detailed, organised records and stay on top of every opportunity
* Maintain momentum, focus, and performance, every single day
