Responsibilities:
* Define and lead the vision and strategy for data products, aligned with business goals.
* Own and prioritize the data roadmap, balancing technical performance, cost, and impact.
* Translate complex data needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
* Guide end-to-end delivery of data features, from planning through execution.
* Use metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and platform optimization.
* Collaborate across teams to align data initiatives with product, engineering, and business needs.
Requirements:
* Background in data-focused roles such as Data Scientist or Engineer
* 5+ years’ postdoc/industry experience
* Comfortable with backend data platforms, ETL processes, and basic Python, SQL, and API usage.
* Knowledgeable in GenAI tools and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
