Job Title: Head of Reservations, Sales and Events
Our client is an iconic independent restaurant and event venue offering exquisite food across two successful venues. The group is well-established in London and plans to expand in the coming years. The successful Head of Reservations, Sales and Events will be part of a stable and successful operation.
Benefits:
* Monday to Friday shifts
* Starting salary of £50,000 + bonus + commission
* Bonus incentives twice a year
* 3% to 7% uncapped commission on sales

Responsibilities:
* Act as an ambassador for the restaurant/venue
* Support and train reservation team for smooth operations
* Motivate and organize the team
* Manage third-party enquiries
* Handle reservation and event reports
* Manage Private Dining & Membership
* Develop sales revenue proactively/reactively
Requirements:
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Experience with reservation systems like Quadranet, OpenTable, Collins
* Guest-focused with attention to detail
* Proactive and results-driven in managing enquiries
* Ability to develop leads proactively
* Assist with hosting events when needed
