As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will:
Develop personalised care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
Oversee and support a team of carers, ensuring high clinical standards.
Provide ongoing monitoring, assessments, and interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to maintain bespoke care packages.
Build strong relationships with children and their families.

The Paediatric Clinical Lead role comes with a comprehensive package:
Annual salary between £45,000 - £50,000.
45p per mile for business travel.
Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days from home, 3 in the community.
Monday to Friday, 9-5 schedule with no weekends or nights.

The ideal candidate for the Paediatric Clinical Lead position will have:
Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) status with at least 18 months UK experience and an active NMC PIN.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop a team.
Up-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven leadership experience, suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses.
Full UK Driving Licence.
