The Position:
The Car Sales Executive position would be ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a busy environment selling both brand new and quality approved used cars (previous experience within the VAG network may be an advantage, but not essential).
Richmond Motor Group are national leaders in the franchises we represent, therefore this position will offer a skilled and experienced Car Sales Executive a genuine opportunity to earn in excess of £60k per annum with an un-capped salary structure paying commission for; Chassis, F&I, Protection Products, Service Plans, and Customer Satisfaction bonuses.

Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding new and used vehicle purchases.
* Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options.
* Maintain an organised sales pipeline and follow up with leads through phone calls and emails.
* Utilise software tools for tracking sales progress and managing customer relationships.
* Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
* Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Maintain an expert knowledge of the brand and its products, and the manufacturer's current campaigns and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

· Proven successful track-record in showroom car sales (for the experienced position)
