About the Role: Lead and coordinate provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) Support teaching staff to implement effective strategies and differentiated learning Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing guidance and feedback Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure tailored support Develop and maintain SEN policies, practices, and resources Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and high expectations across the school The Ideal Candidate Will: Be a qualified teacher with experience in SEND or as a SENCO Have excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Be passionate about inclusion, student development, and wellbeing Demonstrate the ability to inspire and support colleagues Work collaboratively to develop innovative strategies and best practice Why This Role?
