Client Care Co-Ordinator

Role Overview

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Co-Ordinator to join our team.

No prior legal experience? No problem. We will provide full training and ongoing support to help you build your skills and succeed in the role. All we ask for is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this role are set out below, although this list is not exhaustive and there may be other responsibilities which are not listed.

* Communicate effectively with clients across various channels, supporting them with their queries and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
* Communicate effectively with fee earners across the business in order to respond to client queries.
* Obtain and process client and enquiry information accurately and securely using the Case Management System (full training will be provided).
* Organise query response timings in line with any business processes, also taking into account regulatory obligations.
* Support department leads (conveyancing and risk/compliance) with administrative tasks (mortgage panel deadlines, offer receipts and Land Registry.
* Monitor client feedback (Google Reviews/Review Solicitor etc.).
* Implement Projects and Guidance to increase customer feedback scores and reduce complaints.

Candidate Profile

* Excellent and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Well organised and able to independently prioritise workloads to meet business and regulatory service levels.
* Comfortable communicating with people of all levels (lay clients, fee earners, assistants and Directors).

Hybrid Working

Our approach to Hybrid Working is agreed on a case by case basis and in accordance with the line manager's requirements. For the role of Client Care Co-Ordinator, the requirement will be that they initially attend the office full-time whilst learning our systems and process, after which they will spend at least three days per week in the Head Office in Godstone, with the rest of the time working remotely. A degree of flexibility is required with regards to this arrangement as the role holder may need to attend the offices more regularly.
