Income Specialist
Full Time Permanent – 35 hours per week. Closing Date: 24th October.

Responsibilities
* Deliver a high‑quality income management service to customers, maximising income collection for your designated properties and improving performance KPIs.
* Manage cases through the court process, ensuring compliance with the pre‑action protocol and leading on eviction proceedings in line with One Manchester’s policies and procedures.
* Negotiate, implement and monitor payment arrangements with customers using methods appropriate to their circumstances.
* Signpost and refer customers to internal and external agencies where appropriate.
Qualifications
* Experience of income collection, debt recovery and credit control.
* Experience working in a targeted environment and delivering on KPIs.
* Understanding of County Court rules, procedures and relevant government legislation for dealing with debt; experience presenting cases in Court.
* Knowledge of the Welfare Benefits system and signposting for assistance to internal/external agencies.
* Clean driving licence.

Yearly Salary: £20,001 – £40,000
