Overview

Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join Websters, Finance Department in Sidcup, UK. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations by handling essential administrative and clerical tasks. How you'll make an impact As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll be responsible for processing payments daily using various banking systems and our Sanction Checker programme. You’ll also manage vendor reconciliations, ensuring monthly payments and invoices are accurate and up to date. Additionally, you’ll support the team with other ad-hoc duties, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department. About You Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and vendors. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong organisational skills to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
