Bid Coordinator/Writer, South Devon
Salary: £35k-£45k per annum plus companies benefits
Role: An exciting opportunity for Bid Coordinator/Writer to join a successful and award-winning main contractor who work across Devon, Somerset and Dorset on public sector and commercial build and refurbishment projects up to £35m in value.
Key duties include
* Managing the end-to-end bid process, co-ordinating input from estimators, planners, project managers, and directors.
* Write clear, concise and persuasive content for PQQs, ITTs, and capability statements.
* Develop and maintain a library of case studies, C.V.’s, technical responses, and template documents.
* Ensure that submissions are well-structured, visually appealing and fully compliant with client requirements.
* Review and analyse tender documents, identifying key win themes and submission strategies.
* Support lessons learned and continuous improvement across the bid function.
Individual: This would suit someone already working within a construction company in either a Bid Writer/Bid Coordinator role or could suit someone working within the construction industry who wants to get into Bid Coordination. Candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following
* Excellent verbal and written English skills.
* Used to working to tight deadlines
* Working well within a team
* Able to work in the office five days a week.
* Adobe InDesign – advantageous
* Good with IT and Microsoft office
