Are you a people person with a real passion for sales? We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Motorstore in Oldbury.
You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t just any sales job—forget suits and only showroom time. You’ll use your customer service skills to help customers find the right car and enjoy every working day.

You’ll be with our customers every step of the way—from the moment they walk through the door to delivering a great aftersales experience. The role is about helping customers find the right car based on their needs and building strong, positive relationships through every stage of the process.

On an average day, you’ll be…
* Helping customers find the right car based on what they need
* Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer—going the extra mile
* Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers through the sales process
* Selling the right sales package for the customer (finance to servicing) with integrity
* Co-ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping things running smoothly
* Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
* Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises
* Staying in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience
