We’re looking for a Part‑Time Receptionist (15 hours per week) to join our supportive team at Practice Plus Group, Bamber Bridge. You’ll greet patients, handle queries with confidence, and manage sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism—all while helping create a positive experience from the moment patients arrive.

What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities
* Manage patient flow throughout the clinic, maintaining full oversight of the clinics running on that day.
* Liaise closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth movement of patients and timely progression through their appointments.
* Ensure no patient is left waiting without oversight, and all patients are tracked appropriately.
* Adapt to patient needs by acting as a listening post, identifying concerns early, and escalating safeguarding issues promptly.
What we'll look for in you
You're an experienced receptionist, ideally with experience within Healthcare. You'll be adept at working proactively, IT literate, and an excellent problem solver.
