Roles & Responsibilities
* To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary;
* To prepare project costing;
* To prepare documents for tender and contract; &
* To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.
Qualifications
§ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying,
§ Fresh to 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm
§ Strong understanding of construction processes.
§ Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
§ Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
§ Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
